What the store does
Drapery, window coverings and the room around them
The showroom works on the windows first, then the room. Custom drapery and window coverings are designed, measured and installed by the store, and the floor around them carries furniture and decor in the same warm, tailored style.
-
Custom drapery, finished by hand
Ripple fold, blackout and semi-sheer drapery, made for the window it hangs on. Installs are finished in place, from proper steaming to careful hanging, so the folds sit the way they should.
-
Blinds, shades and shutters
Premium blinds, shades and shutters, tailored to every project. The showroom carries Hunter Douglas, Alta Window Fashions, Graber and Maxxmar, including Silhouette shades that filter daylight while keeping the view, and motorized options.
-
A furniture and decor boutique
Dekor Butik is also a furniture and home goods boutique, with a curated selection of furniture, wall art and home decor that follows the latest trends and a standard of quality the store stands behind.
How a project runs
One store, from first measure to final hanging
-
Consult
Every project starts with an initial consultation, in the showroom or around your plans, so the covering fits the room, the light and the way you live in it.
-
Measure
Professional measurements come before anything is ordered. Custom blinds and drapery are made to the window, so the measurements carry the project.
-
Fabricate
Once you have the product selection and a comprehensive quote, the pieces are custom fabricated for your windows, in the fabrics and finishes you chose.
-
Install
Expert installation finishes the job. Drapery is hung, steamed and adjusted in place, and shades and blinds are set up to run smoothly.
